Registration

You will be redirected to an external page for registration, managed by Universitat Politècnica de València. You can select more than one option for registration (i.e.; you can select one Full registration + Accompanying person Full registration). Please provide all the information asked in the registration form, including attendance to different dinners, social event, dietary restrictions, or any other special requirement.

Refund policy: Participants may cancel until October 23rd with a processing charge of 50€. If the registration is cancelled before September 15th, the processing charge will be 10 €.

Early registration:  Until September 30th, 2023

Early Standard registration, 350 €. It includes:
- Lunch and coffee breaks on November 6th and 7th.
- Social activity on November 5th.
- Dinner on November 5th and 6th.

Early Full registration, 400 €. It includes:
- Lunch and coffee breaks on November 6th and 7th.
- Social activity on November 5th.
- Dinner on November 5th, 6th and 7th.

Early Standard registration + accompanying person, 460 €. It includes
- Lunch and coffee breaks on November 6th and 7th for attendee
- Social activity on November 5th for attendee + guest.
- Dinner for attendee on November 5th and 6th + guest.

Early Full registration + accompanying person, 560 €. It includes:
- Lunch and coffee breaks on November 6th and 7th for attendee.
- Social activity on November 5th for attendee + guest.
- Dinner for attendee on November 5th, 6th and 7th + guest.

Late registration: October 1st - October 23rd, 2023

Late Standard registration, 450€.
Late Full registration, 500€.
Late Standard registration + accompanying person, 560 €.
Late Full registration + accompanying person, 660 €.
